We pride ourselves on the lowest, most competitive prices that won’t be beaten elsewhere, but if you find a better price from one of our competitors, we want to know.
Our prices are constantly checked on a daily basis to ensure we are always offering you the best prices possible.
If you find an item at a better price through a competitor and it meets the following criteria, please follow our “request a better price” process available on each product page.
- The item is identical to the one we sell. Please make a note of our part number for ease.
- The item is in stock.
- You can prove the improved price from a competitor. Proof must be less than 14 days old and we must be able to verify the offer. We may request the competitor’s website address (excluding price comparison and auction sites).
Once confirmed, we will match, if not beat the price that they are offering.
Please note that all price matches are based on product prices only and may not include delivery charges.

We reserve the right not to match a price if the item in question is in short supply or we believe the comparison presented to us is in anyway not completely accurate.
